Jatindra Shah the founder, realized very early that Pest Management is a business of technology. Thus he took extensive training at C F T R I - Mysore, V C R C - Pondicherry, Forest Research Institute-Dehradun, Agricultural Research Management Institute- Hyderabad, to name a few.

On merit, the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India has approved Jatindra Shah as “Accredited Fumigation Operator” and the firm as ”Accredited Fumigation Agency” to use Restricted Pesticides/Fumigants.

Dhananjay Shah, a Mechanical Engineer from Pune is a partner in Pest Control Enterprises. There is no recognized institute which imparts complete training covering various aspects of pest management; hence Dhananjay Shah has obtained training and acquired knowledge from several institutes like C F T R I – Mysore, National Plant Protection Training Institute-Hyderabad (Training in Forced Hot-Air Treatment). Obtained training in fumigation from Australian Quarantine & Inspection Services in AUSTRALIA.
